Job Title: Compliance Officer – Honeywell Flour Mills

Purpose of the Job

• Responsible for ensuring compliance/implementation and maintenance of Quality Assurance, Food Safety, GMP and QMS programs.

The Job

• Collect, compile and analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality management system
•  Monitor appropriate documentation against requirements to ensure conformance with Quality Management system (QMS) requirements including associated risks and opportunities for the process assigned.
• Support and participate in on-site quality audits conducted by external providers (2nd and 3rd Party audits).
•  Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions associated with non-conformities identified.
• Ensure proper reporting of violation or potential violation to duly authorized person as appropriate and/or required and ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• HND / BSc. in Microbiology, Chemistry, Food Science & Technology or any other related fields.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years in food Processing Company.

The Person Must:

• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Planning, organizing and time management skills
• Be detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
