Job Title: Head of Marketing
Job Summary
- The Head of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth for the company.
- This role requires expertise in digital marketing, brand positioning, customer engagement, and data-driven decision-making within the fintech industry.
- The ideal candidate will lead a high-performing marketing team to implement innovative campaigns and optimize marketing performance.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Brand Development:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Build and strengthen the company’s brand identity and market positioning.
- Oversee market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing effectiveness.
Digital & Growth Marketing:
- Lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Drive customer acquisition and retention strategies through data-driven campaigns.
- Optimize digital channels to enhance user engagement and lead generation.
- Implement performance marketing strategies to maximize ROI.
Product Marketing & Customer Engagement:
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to create compelling go-to-market strategies.
- Develop customer insights and personas to tailor marketing messages.
- Enhance customer experience through targeted campaigns and engagement initiatives.
- Oversee content creation, including blogs, newsletters, and educational materials.
Public Relations & Corporate Communications:
- Manage public relations efforts to enhance brand credibility and media presence.
- Develop communication strategies for press releases, partnerships, and sponsorships.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and media engagements.
- Maintain strong relationships with media, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
Team Leadership & Budget Management:
- Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team to achieve business goals.
- Oversee marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing with business objectives.
- Stay updated on fintech trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably in fintech or financial services.
- Proven track record in digital marketing, brand management, and customer acquisition.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing strategies.
- Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM software, and analytics platforms.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience scaling marketing efforts in a high-growth fintech startup.
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in financial marketing.
- Strong network within the fintech, banking, and payments industry.
