Job Title: Human Resource Manager
Job Summary
- They are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join the team and assist in achieving excellence in people management and organizational development efforts.
Responsibilities
- Lead the recruitment process, including developing job descriptions, posting vacancies, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews to attract top talent.
- Foster supportive work culture by addressing employee concerns, mediating conflicts, and promoting positive communication between team members and management.
- Identify staff training needs, design and implement professional development programs, and monitor progress to ensure continuous growth and high performance among employees.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks to ensure compliance with labor laws and create a structured work environment.
- Oversee performance appraisal processes by providing tools and guidance for managers, enabling consistent and constructive feedback is given to team members.
- Manage payroll processes and employee benefits, providing accuracy and timely delivery while working closely with management to review and update compensation structures.
- Collaborate with management to align HR strategies with business goals, including staffing plans, succession planning, and organizational structure.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven HR management experience, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant sector.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and influence at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in using HR software and systems to streamline processes and data management.
- Proactive and problem-solving mindset with exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 Monthly.
