Job Title: Bid Engineer

Job Summary

• The Bid Engineer will support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, ensuring accuracy, competitiveness, and compliance with client requirements. 
• This role involves analyzing tender documents, preparing cost estimates, and coordinating with internal teams to develop high-quality bids.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze tender documents, specifications, and requirements.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals in collaboration with engineering and procurement teams.
• Conduct cost estimation, risk assessment, and feasibility analysis for projects.
• Ensure all bid documents comply with client requirements and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of bids, tenders, and contract negotiations.
• Assist in post-bid clarifications and negotiations with clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5-8 years’ experience in bid preparation within Oil & Gas.
• Strong understanding of EPC project execution and contract negotiation.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in bid management software and tools.
