Job Title: Admin Manager (Female)
Responsibilities
- Serve as first contact point at the Support Office
- Oversee office administration and facility operations to ensure seamless daily activities
- Implement administrative policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and office supplies, ensuring all administrative needs are met
- Collaborate with other departments to align administrative support with organizational goals
- Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
Requirements
- 5 years of administrative experience
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Must possess good interpersonal, communication, and public speaking skills
- The candidate must reside within Mowe, Ibafo, and its environs
- The age bracket is 32-40 years
Salary
N200,000 Net plus other benefits.
