Job Title: Front Desk Officer
Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors with a warm, positive attitude
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, and record-keeping
- Assist with office supplies inventory and ordering
- Work directly with the Operations manager in ensuring smooth running of the office
- Manage the Cleaner and ensure the office is always clean
- Ensure basic supplies are provided as at when required
- Maintain drivers logbook and monitor their attendance
Requirements
- 2 years admin experience or as a front desk officer
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Must possess good interpersonal, communication, and public speaking skills
Salary
Salary budget is N100,000 Net (plus other benefits).
