Job Title: Construction Supply Chain Coordinator
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the procurement, transportation, and storage of construction materials and equipment.
- Work with suppliers, vendors, and contractors to ensure the best pricing and quality.
- Track and manage inventory levels, ensuring materials are available as needed.
- Monitor delivery schedules and resolve any supply chain disruptions.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and regulations.
- Collaborate with project managers and site engineers to meet construction timelines.
- Maintain detailed records of purchases, supplier agreements, and logistics reports.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve supply chain efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, logistics, and inventory management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and supply chain management software.
- Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong understanding of construction materials, equipment, and industry regulations.
