Job Title: Beverage Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

Sales Growth & Revenue Achievement: Drive sales exceeding N100M
Market Expansion & Share Growth: Boost penetration of Nigeria Bottling Company, Frutta, Mirinda, and Seven-Up brands
Distribution Optimization: Reduce stockouts & expand sales channels
Profitability Enhancement: Implement cost-saving & price optimization strategies
Team Leadership: Build & manage a high-performing sales team
Market Intelligence: Analyze competitor activities & customer trends.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Achievement of revenue targets
Increase in stock points & distribution
Growth in market share & customer retention
Expansion of beverage distribution network.

Requirements & Skills

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of sales experience in the beverage industry
Strong knowledge of Lagos market & distribution channels
Proven sales track record & leadership experience
Analytical & problem-solving skills.
