Job Title: Office Assistant
Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to provide administrative support to our team.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
- Greet visitors and provide general information about the organization
- Manage and maintain files, both physical and digital
- Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and other administrative tasks
- Provide support for meetings and events, including scheduling, setup, and cleanup
- Order supplies and maintain inventory
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- 1-2 years of administrative experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
