Job Title: Team Lead, Outward Funds Transfer
Responsibilities
- Review customer’s requests and enforce compliance assurance functions in line with the with the Bank’s laid down procedures, regulatory dictates and requirements.
- Review all transactions against dollarization policy
- Confirmation and enforcement of regulatory requirements on cash funded transaction.
- Authorization of payment transactions
- Rate reasonability check functions
- Prompt response to all customers’ requests, correspondences and enquiries
- Daily call over of previous day transactions
- Coaching and recognition that help employees improve their performance.
Requirements
- First Degree in Social Sciences and related discipline
- 5-7 years’ experience in International/Domiciliary Fund Transfer Services
- Master’s degree and other professional certification (added advantage).
