Job Title: Receptionist
Job Summary
- The ideal candidate must be friendly, organized, and excellent at customer service.
- This role involves attending to customers, managing orders, handling payments, and ensuring a smooth front desk operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and attend to customers professionally.
- Receive, tag, and document laundry items accurately.
- Maintain a detailed record of all customer orders and payments.
- Respond to customer inquiries in person, via calls, and messages.
- Provide customers with pick up dates and ensure timely delivery updates.
- Keep track of completed orders and ensure proper arrangement.
- Ensure all receipts and invoices are properly issued and recorded.
- Follow up on pending payments and ensure accurate cash handling.
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area.
- Communicate effectively with the laundry staff to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- OND / HND / B.Sc Degree in any relevant field.
- 2 – 3 years experience in customer service or as a receptionist is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Friendly and customer-service oriented.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
Salary
N60,000 monthly.
