Job Title: Sales Executive
Job Summary
The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating sales and ensuring top-notch service delivery across the following product categories:
- Mobile Car Detailing
- Outdoor Cleaning Services
- Sofa & Mattress Cleaning
- Water Filtration Systems
- Water Tank & Facade Cleaning
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire and retain customers.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Engage prospects, present services persuasively, and convert leads into paying clients.
- Maintain a structured sales pipeline with regular reporting (bi-weekly status updates).
- Build and manage a customer database while ensuring excellent client relationship management.
- Represent the brand professionally in all customer interactions.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop marketing strategies.
- Manage social media promotions and brand positioning efforts.
- Work within designated sales territories to maximize outreach.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales-focused role with a proven track record.
- Excellent public interaction and communication skills.
- Results-driven, proactive, and highly motivated – no room for excuses, only solutions.
- Strong written and spoken English skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, driving initiatives with minimal supervision.
- Strong understanding of unique selling propositions and competitive market positioning.
- Experience in field sales, door-to-door sales, or working within mapped-out sales zones.
- Proficiency in MS Office & social media platforms for business engagement.
- Excellent time management and attention to detail.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- 10% monthly revenue growth – all work hours should contribute to meeting this goal.
- Customer-centric approach – top-tier customer service and CRM system maintenance.
Salary
N150,000 / month (N1.8M annually) + 10% Commission on Sales.
Benefit:
- Probation Period: 1 month at 50% target performance, increasing to 80% thereafter.
