Job Title: Cleaner (Trainee Car Detailer)
Job Summary
- We are looking for hardworking cleaners with car wash experience who are eager to learn professional car detailing.
- This is an opportunity to gain valuable skills that will stay with you for life. Successful candidates will undergo intensive training in premium auto detailing techniques and will later transition to full-detailer roles with higher pay.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform basic cleaning and car wash tasks while undergoing training.
- Learn professional car detailing techniques, including interior and exterior detailing.
- Follow company guidelines for high-quality service delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of work areas.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
- Work closely with the team and follow instructions from supervisors.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: OND or equivalent.
- Prior car wash experience is required.
- Willingness to learn and grow into a professional detailer.
- Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions.
- Physically fit and able to work on vehicles for extended hours.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
Salary & Growth Opportunity
- N50,000 monthly salary + performance-based bonuses.
- Training provided to become a skilled car detailer.
- After gaining experience, candidates will be promoted to a Detailer position with a higher salary.
