Key Responsibilities

Strategic Financial Leadership: Develop and execute financial strategies that drive profitability, cost efficiency, and business scalability.
Financial Planning & Analysis: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to ensure data-driven decision-making.
Risk & Compliance Management: Ensure strict adherence to financial regulations, tax laws, and corporate governance.
Investment & Capital Optimization: Drive capital allocation, cost-saving initiatives, and investment strategies to support business growth.
Operational Excellence: Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, and production teams to streamline financial operations.
Performance Monitoring: Analyze key financial metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and operational efficiency.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with investors, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies to enhance business positioning.

Requirements
What You Need to Succeed:

Chartered Accountant (ICAN, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent) – Mandatory.
10+ years of financial leadership experience in the manufacturing or logistics industry.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, investment analysis, and risk management.
Proven ability to develop financial strategies that align with business goals.
Expertise in ERP systems, financial modeling, and cost optimization.
Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
