Job Title: Internal Auditor
Key Responsibilities
- Develop audit plans, based upon an audit need and carry out the agreed work in line with appropriate professional standards.
- Ensuring that all instances of significant business risks, serious control weaknesses, fraud or major control breakdown identified are reported to the group Internal auditor.
- Provide assurances, opinions and make recommendations to improve processes and systems where appropriate.
- Ensure that established procedures are being properly followed, that financial transactions are consistent with established policies and practices, that, company assets are safeguarded and business operations are efficient.
Experience / Knowledge Required
- Professional qualification in accounting and Relevant experience in Auditing.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Focused and structured in approach, effectively managing multiple tasks to meet deadline.
- Creative, confident and professional person with high levels of drive.
