Job Title: Customer Service & Operations Lead
Job Summary
- As our Customer Service & Operations Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring customers receive outstanding service while managing order fulfillment and operational efficiency.
- This person will be the first point of contact for customers and will oversee the seamless execution of our processes.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and customer inquiries with professionalism and warmth.
- Manage order processing, tracking, and timely delivery to customers.
- Ensure all customer concerns, complaints, and feedback are addressed efficiently.
- Maintain smooth operational workflows, ensuring minimal delays or issues.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills.
- Tech-savvy and familiar with CRM tools or order management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and process optimization skills.
Salary
N200,000 – N300,000 Monthly.
