Job Summary

• As the Operations manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our spa clinic.
• Ensuring that all business functions are efficiently coordinated and aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
• This role is pivotal in maintaining operational excellence, optimizing processes, and leading a team to achieve the highest service delivery standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the spa clinic to ensure efficiency and high-quality service delivery.
• Manage and lead the spa team, including therapists, receptionists, and support staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and service standards
• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance efficiency.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of spa products, equipment, and supplies.
• Manage the financial performance of the spa, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue growth strategies.
• Oversee appointment scheduling and front desk operations to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations or a similar role, preferably within a hospital, spa, or related industry.
• Proficient in using operations management software and tools.

Salary
NGN350,000 – NGN400,000 per month.
