Job Title: Cleaning Supervisor
Job Summary
- As our Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of cleaning staff, ensuring that all areas are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.
- The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and experience in facility cleaning management.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and follow up on compliance with cleaning procedures, workplace safety and code of conduct
- Implement work plans and assign tasks team members
- Train cleaners and team leaders on service standards.
- Ensure staff coordinate themselves professionally at all times
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Cleaning Supervisor or similar role in facilities management.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures.
- Ability to drive with a valid driver’s license is a plus
- Strong initiative and proactive ness
Salary
N120,000 – N150,000 monthly.
