Job Title: Personal Assistant
Job Summary
- As the personal assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, ensuring smooth operation and efficient time management.
- This role involves managing schedules, handling correspondence, coordinating meetings, and performing various tasks to support the CEO professionally and on time.
Responsibilities
- Assist with organizing and maintaining business records and documents.
- Maintain and restock inventory of products and supplies used in the med spa.
- Help with scheduling and coordinating staff shifts.
- Organize and coordinate special events, meetings, and gatherings, both for the med spa and the CEO.
- Assist with organizing and maintaining business records and documents.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a fast-paced environment or Spa setting.
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to anticipate the needs of the CEO.
Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 / Month.
