Job Title: Depot Executive
Job Summary
- As our Depot Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and smooth operation of the depot.
- This includes managing inventory, ensuring timely dispatch of goods, coordinating with transporters and vendors, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- The role requires attention to detail, effective communication, and strong organizational skills to manage the day-to-day operations and ensure high service levels.
Responsibilities
- Ensures compliance with management decisions, strategies regarding depot operations.
- Ensures adherence to Service Level Agreements.
- Initiates and monitors Key Performance Indicators like VTRT, CTRT.
- Generate monthly report highlighting achievement and challenges including security report.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- 2 – 3 years work experience.
- All levels of management within the MRDS.
- Understanding of warehouse operations, logistics, and inventory management best practices.
Salary
N120,000 – N150,000 / Month.
