Job Title: Client Engagement and CRM Manager

Responsibilities

To timely collate, analyze and manage customer data.
Make entry of all leads into the CRM to determine the leads status on the leads-prospects-client continuum.
Establish and nurture long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with clients.
Using CRM systems to manage relationships and update status for the organization.
Create and execute retention campaigns for the leads.
Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, customer service and operations teams to improve the customer experience.
Interact with the customers and take their feedback regularly.
Document all the necessary details about the ongoing marketing campaigns and their effectiveness.
Execute customer engagement business analysis.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is required.
Minimum of 5 years experience in customer service, sales and account management.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are crucial for building and maintaining client relationships.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address client issues and find solutions.
A customer-oriented mindset and the ability to understand client needs.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is often a requirement.
The ability to analyze data and market trends to identify business opportunities is also important.

Salary
N150,000 monthly.
