Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Female)
Job Summary
- Provide exceptional customer service while generating sales and revenue growth through up-selling, cross-selling, and resolving customer complaints in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide timely solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Sales Generation: Generate sales and revenue growth by up-selling and cross-selling products or services to existing customers.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of products or services to effectively communicate value to customers.
- Order Management: Process orders, handle returns, and manage customer accounts to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, chat, or in-person to resolve issues and promote products.
- Problem-Solving: Analyze customer complaints and resolve issues promptly using problem-solving skills and company resources.
- Data Entry: Accurately enter customer information, orders, and interactions into CRM software or other systems.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to share customer feedback and insights.
Requirements
Education and Qualifications:
- High School Diploma: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Customer Service Experience: 1+ year of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
- Sales Experience: Sales experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment, is desirable.
- Certifications: Certifications, such as the Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or the Certified Sales Professional (CSP), are desirable.
Required Skills:
- Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.
- Customer Service Skills: Ability to provide exceptional customer service, resolving complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Sales and Up-selling: Ability to generate sales and revenue growth through up-selling and cross-selling techniques.
- Product Knowledge: Ability to develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of products or services.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to analyze customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer interactions.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing customer needs, product offerings, and company processes.
Working Conditions
- Call Center Environment: Work in a fast-paced call center environment with minimal travel required.
- Flexible Schedule: A Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, may be required.
- Performance Metrics: Performance will be measured based on sales revenue, customer satisfaction, and quality metrics.
- Resumption immediately
Salary
N100,000 monthly.
