• As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and professional responses to their inquiries. 
• You will also play a key role in resolving customer complaints and improving our overall customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer complaints
• Provide product/service information
• Process customer transactions
• Maintain customer records

Requirements

• OND qualification with 1 – 2 years of experience. 
• Excellent communication skills
• Problem-solving skills
• Time management skills
• Customer service software knowledge.
