Job Title: Admin Officer
Description
- We are looking for a highly organized Administrative Officer to manage office operations, support staff, and ensure smooth daily activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain office records, files, and supplies.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and official correspondence.
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and staff documentation.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Process invoices, manage petty cash, and track expenses.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Officer or similar role.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary
N70,000 monthly.
