Job Title: Customer Service Officer

Job Summary

• The Customer Service Officer will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, managing orders, and ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience in the laundry department.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with inquiries, orders, and complaints.
• Maintain customer records and process transactions.
• Track and update order statuses for customers.
• Coordinate pickups and deliveries.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and handle feedback professionally.
• Manage social media and online customer interactions.
• Create promotional materials using Canva.
• Maintain reports and customer databases using Excel.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service, preferably in laundry or hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Excel and Canva.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Applicants should reside around Orchid road, Jakande, Agungi, Ikota axis.

Salary
N100,000 – N130,000 monthly.
