Job Title: Cook
Responsibilities
- Prepare food items according to recipes, ensuring adherence to quality standards and portion control.
- Cook food using various methods, including grilling, baking, frying, and steaming.
- Monitor food quality and temperature to ensure safety and freshness.
- Plate and garnish dishes attractively for presentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies.
- May be required to train and supervise junior kitchen staff.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Chef/Kitchen Manager.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor’s Degree with 2 – 5 years work experience.
Salary
N80,000 monthly.
