Job Title: Provisioning Administrator
Key Responsibilities
- Reconcile SIM Card data across all network elements before and after sales to subscribers.
- Generate SIM cards input files, output files, and ASG files.
- Mass Provisioning of SIM Cards.
- Periodic mass deactivation of lines on all network elements.
- Ensure timely provisioning systemadministration.
- Daily resolution of service requests within 24 hours.
- Monitor NPG / MNP port-in and port-out activity.
- Perform daily checks on the provisioningsystem, this ensures 99.5% availability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or any related discipline.
- Master’s Degree in Computer Science would be added advantage.
Experience, Attributes & Skills Required:
- Minimum of 3 years’ work experience in Provisioning Administration.
- Conversant with mobile networkarchitecture.
- Good experience in supporting CRM applications.
