Job Title: Siebel CRM Administrator

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all documentations and SOPs are up to date and enforce Quality Assurance processes.
  • Manage interface with 3rd party supplier on all Siebel issues.
  • Assisting with the development of processes and procedures and ensuring they are adhered to.
  • Ensure 100% availability of Siebel application.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all Siebel reports to internal stakeholders. 
  • Ensure Operations, Maintenance & Administration (OAM) support of the CRM tool (Siebel) and platform.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or any related discipline. 
  • Master’s Degree in Computer Science would be added advantage.

Experience, Attributes & Skills Required:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in supporting business or CRM applications.
  • Knowledge of Windows, UNIX, Oracle RDBMS and network fundamentals.
  • Knowledge of any CRM preferred, Siebel an advantage.
