Job Title: Senior Electrical Project Engineer
Key Responsibilities
- Electrical System Design: Develop medium & low voltage power, lighting, and low current systems.
- Project Supervision: Oversee MEP contractors, ensuring compliance with approved drawings & materials.
- Site Inspections & Execution: Monitor progress, verify quality, and ensure smooth project implementation.
- Technical Documentation: Prepare tender documents, feasibility reports, and engineering designs.
- Testing & Commissioning: Supervise electrical system testing before final handover.
- Issue Resolution: Analyze engineering problems, provide solutions, and review variation claims.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Report progress to General Manager & Project Manager.
- Material & Quality Control: Inspect on-site materials, evaluate contractor work, and ensure compliance.
- Client & Business Development: Build client relationships, represent the company at conferences, and contribute to growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- NSE & COREN certification required.
- 10–20 years of experience in design consultancy.
- Strong project management & problem-solving skills.
Salary
N300,000 – N450,000 / month.
