Job Title: Client Relationship Manager (CRM) – Female

Role Overview

  • The Client Relationship Manager (CRM) will be responsible for nurturing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining efficient communication between the company and its clients.
  • The ideal candidate must be personable, highly organized, and passionate about delivering premium customer service in a fast-paced real estate environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries and communications.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s offerings and assist clients in making informed real estate decisions.
  • Follow up on leads, schedule meetings, and ensure prompt responses to client requests.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Maintain and update the company’s CRM database with accurate client details and communications.
  • Support sales and marketing efforts through client feedback, referrals, and relationship building.
  • Liaise between clients and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Resolve client issues quickly and professionally, escalating where necessary.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and proactively implement strategies to enhance their experience.
  • Provide regular reports on client interactions and status updates to management.
  • Assist during property tours and client meetings when required.

Requirements & Expectations

  • Female applicant only (to complement our internal team structure and ensure balance within the client services team).
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in client relations, customer service, or a similar role (experience in real estate is a plus).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
  • A client-centric mindset with a warm, professional, and enthusiastic personality.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
  • Familiarity with social media communication and tech tools is an added advantage.
  • Must be based in Lagos or willing to relocate to Lekki.
  • Must be available to resume immediately.
