Job Title: Extruder Operator
Responsibilities
- Follow all safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Monitor and control the extrusion process to ensure product quality meets specifications.
- Conduct regular quality checks to identify and address any quality issues.
- Operate extrusion equipment, including setting up, starting, and shutting down machines.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform repairs as needed.
- Meet or exceed production targets while maintaining quality standards.
- Optimize extrusion process parameters to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor and control material usage to minimize waste.
Qualification
- Trade Test, SSCE, OND, B.Sc Degree or HND qualification in Engineering, Food Technology or related Sciences
Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years in a similar role.
