Job Title: Full Stack Developer

Job Summary

The Fullstack Developer will be responsible for developing high-quality software solutions that are secured, scalable and efficient.
This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to define requirements, design system architecture, and implement new features.
The developer will be expected to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Additionally, understand test driven development, cover edge cases adequate, etc.

Key Responsibilities

Develop high-quality software solutions using Java programming language, Springboot and react.
Understand Spring batch, Spring cloud and react
Design and implement scalable and efficient back-end and front-end systems.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define requirements, pseudo coding, and develop new features.
Writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Test driven development
Troubleshooting and resolving software defects and performance issues.
Ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications or equivalent experience is also acceptable.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in backend development, particularly in building scalable, high-performance applications.
Experience building a financial system will be a plus
Proficiency in backend programming languages such as Java and react
Knowledge of relational databases and/or NoSQL databases
Familiarity with popular backend frameworks (e.g., Springboot, Laravel).
Understanding of common security vulnerabilities (e.g., OWASP) and experience implementing secure coding practices.

Salary and Benefits

NGN200,000 – NGN400,000 / Month.
