Job Title: Quantity Surveyor
Description
- We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in construction, real estate, and property development.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years relevant experience.
- Proven experience in site operations related to Quantity Surveying.
- Active, updated, and well-versed with modern QS practices.
- Excellent negotiation, costing, and financial management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Salary
N300,000 – N400,000 net monthly (depending on competence and years of experience).
