Job Title: Senior HR Officer
Job Summary
- We are looking for a highly competent and CIPM-certified Senior HR Officerwith a strong background in HR consulting, payroll management, employee relations, and manpower outsourcing.
- This hybrid role is ideal for a results-driven professional with 3–6 years of HR experience, advanced Excel and HR analytics skills, and a deep understanding of HR processes within diverse business environments.
Key Responsibilities
Consulting & Strategy:
- Provide expert HR advisory to internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Support in developing and implementing HR strategies tailored to client and organizational needs.
Payroll & HR Operations:
- Oversee and manage monthly payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with tax and statutory requirements.
- Maintain and update payroll records, deductions, benefits, and leave tracking.
Employee Relations:
- Serve as the point of contact for employee concerns, disputes, and workplace investigations.
- Manage disciplinary procedures and grievance resolution in line with labor law and company policy.
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes communication and employee engagement.
Manpower Outsourcing:
- Coordinate and manage outsourced staff, including recruitment, deployment, and performance tracking.
- Liaise with third-party vendors and clients to ensure smooth outsourcing operations and service-level agreements (SLAs).
HR Analytics & Reporting:
- Leverage Excel and HR analytics tools to track key HR metrics such as attrition, headcount, performance, and payroll trends.
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
Compliance & Policy Management:
- Ensure full compliance with Nigerian labor laws and company policies.
- Assist in the review and development of HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- CIPM certificationis required.
- 3 – 6 years of relevant HR experience, including exposure to consulting, payroll, and outsourcing.
- CIPM/HRCI Certificate required
- Experience working across multiple industries or with a consulting firm.
Salary
N300,000 – N400,000 monthly.
