Job Title: Training Officer
Summary
- Training Needs Assessment: Identify gaps in employee skills and knowledge to determine training needs.
- Curriculum Development: Design and develop engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online modules.
- Training Delivery: Deliver training sessions, workshops, and online courses using various methods. Training
- Evaluation: Assess the effectiveness of training programs and make adjustments as needed.

- Budget Management: Manage training budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications
