Job Title: Personal Assistant

Job Description

• Organize and maintain diaries, calendars, and schedules.
• Arrange meetings, appointments, and travel bookings (flights, accommodation, transport).
• Draft, proofread, and manage emails, letters, and other communications.
• Handle incoming calls and messages, taking notes or redirecting when necessary.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as requested.
• Run personal errands and manage household or lifestyle-related tasks.
• Coordinate events, conferences, or social engagements.
• Keep track of important deadlines, meetings, and tasks.
• Maintain filing systems—digital and physical—for easy access and organization.
• Assist in managing expenses, budgeting, and reimbursements.
• Uphold a high level of discretion and confidentiality in all matters.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the employer’s personal or professional life.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND / NCE / OND / Bachelor’s Degree with 1 – 2 years work experience in a related field.
• Preferably a male.

Salary
N60,000 – N70,000 / Month.
