Job Description
- Maintain a friendly and helpful attitude while promoting a positive brand influence.
- Assist Customer service personnel in cleaning.
- Greets and assists customers promptly and courteously.
- Respond to customer questions about products, services, and policies.
- Resolve customer issues or escalate them to a supervisor when necessary.
- Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized customer service area.
- Update customer information in the database or CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and they are satisfied.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales, logistics) to meet customer needs.
- Promote products or services when appropriate.
- Comply with company procedures, policies, and standards.
- Handle and protect confidential customer information appropriately.
Requirement
- You must be staying within the axis of or in Ago Palace Way.
Salary
N40,000 monthly.
