Job Title: Mobile Money Operator Relationship Manager

Job Summary

• The Ondo MMO Relationship Manager oversees the performance of agents, supports field operations, and drives usage of mobile financial services throughout Ondo State.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a robust network of agents and merchants.
• Provide training and support for new and existing agents.
• Ensure operational uptime, liquidity availability, and prompt issue resolution.
• Monitor transaction trends and agent KPIs.
• Promote adoption of new mobile products and services.
• Execute agent engagement activities, such as town halls and incentive programs.
• Maintain accurate records of agent onboarding, transactions, and complaints.
• Track and report market feedback to improve service delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• 3 – 5 years’ experience in mobile money, fintech, or agent network management.
• Good knowledge of Ondo State’s demographics and communities.
• Proficient in field reporting tools and customer engagement.

Salary
N150,000 Monthly + N100,000 to N900,000 Commission + Car + PFA + HMO.

Monthly Target
30,000 application forms per month.
