Job Title: Senior Client Service Executive
Job Description
- Due to expansion, our client needs a Senior Client Service Executive to lead client relationships, drive business growth, and deliver exceptional results.
Job Responsibilities
- Strategic Account Management: Lead high-profile client accounts, developing and executing tailored strategies.
- Client Relationship Building: Foster strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior team members, ensuring excellent service delivery.
- Business Development: Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and attract new clients.
- Campaign Planning: Develop and implement effective PR campaigns.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in public relations or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management or client service, with a strong focus on experiential marketing.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
