Job Title: HR Manager
Job Summary
- As the HR Manager, you will drive HR strategies that attract, retain, and develop top talent, promote a high-performance culture, and support the company’s growth objectives.
- You will oversee the full HR lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management, employee engagement, and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, performance management, and career development.
- Design and manage onboarding programs that support seamless employee integration.
- Implement and manage HR systems and tools to enhance workflow and reporting.
- Lead recruitment efforts for technical and non-technical roles, ensuring top talent acquisition.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across all HR processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience managing end-to-end HR functions in an EduTech or Tech company.
- HR certifications (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, HRCI) are an added advantage.
Salary
N350,00 – N400,000 per month.
