Job Title: Management Information Systems (MIS) Manager

Job Summary

As the MIS Manager, you will lead the organization’s IT systems, data management strategy, and business intelligence initiatives.
This role ensures the integrity of data systems, supports decision-making with data-driven insights, and drives operational efficiency through advanced technologies and analytics.

Responsibilities

Oversee the development and management of the organization’s IT and MIS infrastructure and ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all systems.
Design and manage databases, dashboards, ERP systems, and reporting tools, and supervise IT operations, including backups, updates, and cybersecurity.
Lead the implementation of AI and predictive analytics to enhance business efficiency and develop IT policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
Provide technical support and training to end-users and staff and manage IT vendors, and coordinate the delivery of IT services while driving the automation of reporting processes and data analysis workflows.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, MIS, Business Analytics, or a related field. A master’s degree is an advantage.
10+ years in IT/MIS management, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role.
Familiarity with AI, machine learning, Excel modeling, and forecasting tools.

Salary
N800,000 – N1,000,000 monthly Gross.
