Job Title: Assistant Store Officer
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in receiving, checking, and storing incoming stock.
- Keep shelves stocked, tidy, and properly labeled.
- Track inventory levels and report shortages.
- Handle customer inquiries and support sales staff as needed.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the store area.
- Help with regular stock counts and audits.
- Follow all company policies and safety guidelines.
Requirements
- Minimum of SSCE / OND or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a retail or warehouse environment is an advantage.
- Basic math and inventory handling skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Honest, dependable, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to lift items and stand for long periods.
