Job Title: Deck Cadet
Purpose
- To gain practical sea-time experience and assist the deck crew in operations and navigation duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in watchkeeping and navigation.
- Support mooring, anchoring, and deck maintenance.
- Learn vessel safety and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain training record book (TRB).
Requirements
- Enrolled in or graduate of maritime academy (NIMASA-approved)
- Basic STCW
- Eager to learn and adapt to vessel life.
