Job Description

• We are seeking professional, customer-oriented Servers/Waiters to join a dynamic team.
• The ideal candidates will have a passion for hospitality, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to provide outstanding service in a fast-paced restaurant setting.
• Candidates with experience or interest in restaurant sales and marketing will have an added advantage, as part of the role involves actively contributing to customer engagement and promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities

•  Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously; present menus, take food and beverage orders, and relay them accurately to the kitchen; serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner; provide menu recommendations and answer customer questions about ingredients or dietary restrictions; upsell menu items and promotions to maximize sales and enhance guest experience; ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area; process bills and handle payments; and address customer concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

• HND / OND or SSCE.
• Minimum 1 or 2 years of experience.
• Experience or interest in sales and marketing within a hospitality or retail environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Neat and professional appearance.
• Ability to work well under pressure and flexible hours.
• Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Team player with a positive attitude.

Additional Information:

• We are looking for high flyers with a proactive and results-oriented approach, together with a strong work ethic. They must be self-motivated and disciplined and be able to work with little or no supervision.

Remunerations

• N50,000 – N60,000 / month
