Job Title: Head of Sales and Marketing

Job Summary

• We are seeking a strategic and commercially driven Head of Sales/Marketing with a strong customer service background to lead the marketing function.
• This role requires retailing or departmental store expertise, and a strong brand-building mindset to drive growth through strategic marketing, creative direction, and commercial alignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop successful marketing and customer service strategies for customer loyalty and a strong emotional connection with the brand
• Increase brand visibility and sales; direct PR efforts and coordinate marketing events
• Monitor sales performance; digital marketing campaigns
• Sales forecasts and budgets ensuring efficient allocation of resources
• Monitor market changes and key competitor trends and customer preferences; partner with internal stakeholders to develop product offerings, pricing strategies, and customer service standards that drives growth
• Drive and motivate the sales and marketing teams to achieve aggressive sales targets, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.

Qualifications

• B.Sc in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience.
• Proficiency in digital marketing is an added advantage.
• Ability to fluently articulate the value-add of our products to current and potential customers.
• Strong interpersonal, supervisory, and customer service skills required.
