Job Title: Sales Floor Associate

Job Summary

• We are seeking highly motivated and experienced individuals who have the ability of working with little or no supervision, and good listening and problem-solving skills, to join our sales floor team.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and engage with customers on the sales floor, offering assistance, answering questions, locating items, and providing product information, and assisting in completing their purchases
• Carry out daily tours of areas of responsibility, ensuring the orderly appearance of the store; and
• Restocking supplies, maintaining appropriate merchandising standards and levels of shelves.

Qualifications

• HND/OND in Business Administration or a related field, or SSCE.
• Minimum 1 year of experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Proven sales experience in a retail environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
