Job Title: Tax Associate Coordinator (Intern)

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Tax Associate Coordinator (Intern) to join our finance team.
This internship offers hands-on experience in tax preparation, compliance, and reporting, providing an excellent opportunity to gain valuable insight into corporate taxation and accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with the preparation and filing of tax returns, including VAT, income tax, and withholding tax.
Support the tax team in gathering, organizing, and analyzing financial data for tax reporting purposes.
Help ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations.
Maintain tax records and documentation for audits and internal reviews.
Assist in preparing reports, summaries, and reconciliations related to tax activities.
Support coordination with external auditors and tax consultants.
Stay updated on current tax laws and regulatory changes.
Participate in ad hoc projects related to finance and tax operations as assigned.

Qualifications

HND/BSc in Accounting or any field
Strong academic foundation in tax, accounting, or financial principles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
Eagerness to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced work environment.

Salary
N100,000 Monthly.
