Job Summary

• Are you a strategic, target-driven sales leader with a passion for financial products and people development? 
• We’re looking for an experienced Team Lead to join our Asset Creation team and drive growth in consumer lending while building meaningful customer relationships.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and grow a high-performing sales team across public and private sectors.
• Drive loan disbursements and optimize credit balance inflow for operational efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and a robust client pipeline.
• Conduct performance analytics to inform product and process improvements.
• Mentor and motivate your team to consistently exceed targets and KPIs.

You’re a Great Fit If You:

• Have 5+ years of experience in sales/marketing of consumer lending products.
• Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Have a proven track record of exceeding targets and building successful sales teams.
• Are a strong communicator with sharp analytical and organizational skills.
• Possess a Bachelor’s degree (Postgrad or professional certifications are a plus).
