Job Title: Art Director

Key Responsibilities

• Leading all visual design efforts including branding, campaigns, digital content, and project presentations.
• Translating complex construction concepts into clear, visually appealing assets.
• Overseeing the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, social media graphics, videos, and site signage.
• Directing photoshoots and video production on construction sites to capture our work authentically and professionally.
• Collaborating with the marketing, business development, and project teams to deliver visually consistent messages.
• Maintaining brand consistency while evolving design standards and creative direction.
• Managing and mentoring junior designers, external creatives, and production vendors.

Person Specification

• Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication or relevant field of study.
• Minimum of 5years’ experience in a creative or art direction role, preferably with experience in the construction, architecture, or real estate industry.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, digital design, print, and visual storytelling for technical or project-based industries.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour theory, and visual composition.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
