Job Title: Life Guard / Gym Insructor

Responsibilties

• Monitor the pool area to prevent accidents and respond to emergencies promptly.
• Conduct regular maintenance checks on pool and gym equipment.
• Design and implement fitness programs tailored to guests’ needs.
• Enforce facility rules and safety protocols in the pool and gym.
• Assist guests with exercise techniques and proper use of equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of pool water quality and gym equipment usage.
• Conduct swimming lessons or fitness classes as required.
• Report incidents or maintenance needs to management.
• Promote wellness programs to boost guest engagement.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Recreation Manager, Operations Manager or relevant Authorities.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess an OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years work experience.

Salary
N80,000 – N100,000 monthly.
